Stopped in on Tuesday 11/25/25. Ordered coffee, sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito and bacon cheese sticks. The pictures on the kiosk made the food look great. When I got to my destination and opened the food, it was embarrassing. The bacon cheese sticks were just luke warm and extremely greasy. The breakfast burrito was a smashed burrito that was maybe 4-5" long and about as big around as a half dollar. Flavor was decent but extremely small. For what I paid for the food, I would have expected at least double of what was received in quantity and quality. The coffee was good but not hot at all. Usually I can't drink coffee right away from any gas station. This coffee was equivalent to sitting on my desk without a lid for 30-45 minutes when I took the first sip when getting in my truck. For all the hype, it was mediocre at best and will not be back.

Had two different experiences at this location im fresh off the highway from 3hr drive get here the young lady greeting everyone and very happy to be at work just to come back bout 2 hours later now with my family and Mike didn’t greet us he didn’t greet not one person he had an attitude the whole time we place food order and go to pay I asked him to split payment he ok & then charged the whole meal to my card then proceeded to still give me attitude it was then I noticed he is a supervisor very disappointed I said for you to made the mistake this is the way you treat customers I then asked for my receipt it should have the name of the cashier as well as my time of transaction he goes I don’t know shrugged his shoulders i said we asked you to split it he says oh it well nothing I can do about it I then found Joe in the kitchen explained to him the situation that happened with Mike an if I would have been a secret shopper he would have failed joe was very kind he listened he resolved the issue and took Mike off the register he really needs better training I’ve worked for Sheetz 2yrs and have been to many locations and observed many altercations and done a lot of training new employees but never seen a supervisor handle a customer with such disrespect the way he was just so careless with the way he talked & treated us I believe he treats all customers and employees with a terrible attitude like he hates his job or life and I would never have him as a supervisor his attitude is terrible he gives the store very bad look when people come in to spend their hard earned money looking to just get a bite or get off the road and get a bite like in my situation just to get a very angry employee who clearly hates his job Mike needs better training and not supervising anyone he could learn a thing or two from Joe.

Its nice going to a gas station thats actually clean and employees are friendly. With Speedway now ran into the ground by 7-11 it's a breath of fresh air to see these popping up all over Toledo

Sheetz has one of the most convenient and beautiful stores. Nice inside and outside seating. Very spacious, plenty of food options and self checkout. Amazing place.

FINDLAY OHIO Grand opening today. No hours posted looks open I pulled up to a pump and noticed a sign on pump saying pump closed. So I then got on my phone to order my wife breakfast who in a nursing home because of a recent stroke because I could not get anything for her at the gas station. This hillbilly in blue jeans came out and Was like WE ARE CLOSED I said I know he replied GET OFF THE PROPERTY . I was like damn I didn't know it was that big of a deal . So he goes into defense mode and puts his hands on his hips like he going to do something but he was only tough guy as you walked away. He was a rude dick

Over priced and over hyped! I paid $7 for a regular lemonade and a single cheese burger. Let me start by saying it's called a made to order burger. Lies! The patty was as cold as the cheddar cheese placed on top. Sheetz is supposed to be known for their food. I've had better food at friendship kitchen down the street. I would have went there if the road wasn't closed!

The food has absolutely no consistency. The employees just make stuff the way they would want it. I guarantee that if you order anything the same more than once that the employees need to add condiments to, it will be night and day different every time.
