Sun Federal Credit Union is a nice little credit union that is helpful, keeps the place clean, and has a coffee station. The team is professional and hard working, providing a great experience with mortgage approval and car loan at best rates. Members with unique needs, like multiple checking accounts, a business, and rental properties, receive quick responses and feel part of the family. The branch manager gives personalized service, such as checking auto pay. Customers highly recommend Sun Federal for any banking needs and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
Aubrey was absolutely amazing helping me get my 1st ever auto loan. She was very helpful and responded right away when I had any questions. Customer service is amazing here!! I will be doing all of my banking through Sun federal now and will be telling my family to do the same!
