“I had a problem with a trailer. They didn't have a replacement on site. Tracy, the manager took his personal vehicle to another location to pick one up for me while I was on the way back with the other trailer so I wouldn't have to wait or go out of my way to swap trailers. Great customer service!”

“I broke down in the early morning had to get service on the I-75 in Ohio and had to go to the service yard had a great guy help me get there and was serviced and fixed by a awesome set of guys who loved joking around and treated me great. Had to spend my 10 hours off in their yard which I'm thankful they let me great pleasure with them zero complaintsThanks to all who have helped me it was greatly appreciatedTrailwood Truck Driver”
“I did not rent a truck, I was looking for boxes/packing supplies. They had a couple sizes of boxes and some packing paper. It seems like this location is great for truck rentals, but as far as moving supplies are concerned, if you need more than boxes a different location might be the right choice for you.”

“These guys are doing the best they can with what they've got. All of the issues that the reviews mention are Crappy CORPORATE policies from Budget. They overbook reservation windows. They don't guarantee inventory when accepting reservations. They utilize deceptive policies and pricing. BUT - the gentlemen working at this location were literally running around sweating, trying to serve their customers. They deserve some recognition. If you MUST use Budget Truck, you could do worse than this location.”
“We needed a truck to move a small apartment and this location was conveniently located. Inquired by phone and spoke with Mike. He was very helpful in recommending the correct size truck to do the job without over spending on a larger truck. The morning of our move we arrived at 9am. The truck was clean and gassed up waiting for us. Paperwork didn't long to complete. Mike took the time to share with us how everything on the truck worked. Mike was courteous, friendly and professional from the very beginning of this process to the end. Highly recommend this U-haul dealer.”
“This place was VERY unprofessional. The manager that had her 1 year old child at work with her on the job was extremely rude. She would not even ask me questions or try to see what the mix up was with her employee that was doing the paper work. They tried to act like I wanted to rent a truck for theee days for $600 and then turn around and come right back. Moving a one way truck from Michigan to West Virginia for work permently. This place needs to be checked out the manager isn’t running this place professional and is not very good with talking to customers. I hope they get someone to come and see how these people are ruining U-Haul image I will not recommend this place to anyone. SAVE your self the head ache.”
