Not enough employees apparently.
Waited 5+ minutes in the lobby for the employee. She stated she was the only one working and needed to load the truck. You could hear her in the back talking to someone else. Usps is a joke now days.

Very corrupt post office..... untrustworthy employees....it is absolutely the worst post office in the county......sad when you can't trust your post office.... especially when it's mostly the managers doing all the corruption....... this place should be reported and investigated.... especially the managers......it's not the mailman....it's 100 percent the managers.....Im most definitely going to reach out to someone...it's out of control.....the stories I've heard and the thievery and malicious things are to frequent to be coincidence

The staff here are so nice and helpful! They were patient with my children during the passport appointment and helpful with my husband’s passport renewal. I’ve also had really good experiences and short wait times when I’ve come in for traditional post office needs.

I properly filled out the hold mail for a month. They kept delivering mail anyway. My friend at the same time also had a hold mail and the mail was not delivered at the end of the time frame that the hold mail was supposed to. Days later I paid for a letter that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. 4 days later still in transit. The staff has been friendly. Also my mail does not get picked up when the flag is up, takes 2 days. Service has gone downhill.

I come to this location all the time to mail out paperwork for my employer . Jackie , older woman with galsses was not nice at all, Ive never had a bad experience with customer service here , if anything , everybody who usually takes care of me is super nice. Idk what was Jackies problem today , but she was snobby. She greeted me , I walked up , told her I have two separate transactions to do and with a very rude attitude and a raised voice Jackie says “Im not ready yet , I'm in the middle of something !” I said thats fine & backed up from her desk. I wasn't rushing her , don't understand why you need to talk to people like that. If you had a bad day , don't bring it to work Mrs Jackie, lose the attitude before you clock in. Jackie needs to be spoke with by managements because Im a manager myself & my employees would NEVER talk to someone like that.

do not try calling unless you have a mundane or simple inquiry. the AI will take you in circles and refuse to give you a representative

I have had many bad experiences including them losing a phone costing me a lot of money after exhausting all my complaints, as well as and incompetent workers. It seems they cleared house and hired some really great workers. They were both friendly and competent. I was very impressed at the change. If they privatize the USPS, they should only keep workers like these, and probably most of the carriers because they usually do an amazing job.

Extremely slow, they move at their own pace. I unfortunately had a package that was sent through them from a vendor. They held it for numerous days before getting it out to me. If the vendor would have used UPS it would have been to me much quicker. USPS is the definition of “snail mail”. They also always seem like you’re bothering them. Quit your job if the customer is an inconvenience.

Terrible experience on Saturday, I felt like I was racial profile by Donna who works there. She didn’t want to assist me because of my appearance. Made the service so inconvenient, she kept giving excuses instead of assisting me. If I did know how to use the kiosk to print out the label for my package, I wouldn’t have reach out to her for assistance. Just go a head and take my payment, print out the label for me. That’s apart of your responsibility working there, if you don’t want to help the customers why work there. Will never coming back. Terrible experience and definitely will be doing the survey. This is unacceptable!

You would think it was the middle of COVID with the skeleton crew they have running the place. Literally BARE MINIMUM requirement of workers at location. It does not matter the time, nor day of the week; EVERYTIME I go into the post office I see a line of 5-10 people in front of me. I wish I was exaggerating. I'll be using UPS or FedEx as the last 8 trips across 3 different USPS post offices was them staffing the bare minimum and ridiculous lines. COVID IS OVER, HIRE THE STAFF YOU SO DESPERATLY NEED.

It is one of the worst USPS in the area. Uninformed staff, rude, "not my job," and downright unpleasant people that work there

I have never shipped a package before, and wanted to send my friend extra continuous glucose sensors that we no longer need. No insulin, no pills, just the sensors. I wasn't aware the post office didn't send medications/prescriptions. I didn't think a sensor would be considered a medication per se, but okay fine, rules are rules, I have to find another way. But the lady was pretty rude, not being kind, and said she has to charge me for the package I wrote on. I still paid the 2 dollars plus tax but she didn't make eye contact or apologize for any misunderstanding. Nothing, and then tried to hand it to me as I said I don't need it. I was really upset over still being charged.
I won't ever go to this location again. It's the post office, be kind to others. I was very kind to her.
