Teri was super awesome, she was polite and professional! She informed me on a lot of things I never knew the YMCA offered. Not my first Y trip, but it was my first at Wolf Creek. I’ll be driving the extra 15 min to come here, instead of going to the one closer to me, bc the customer service I received at my YMCA was unacceptable. So thank you Teri for being different and being awesome!

Went in to check membership prices. The lady at the desk was welcoming and answered my many questions. I'll be canceling my gym membership at Esporta to join here instead. And now my daughter can come with me! Closer to work and felt much more at ease. Less awkward than where I am now.

Needs a serious cleaning the men’s urinal has turned yellow from lack of cleaning and smells terrible. Lockers are rusty. The staff is typically friendly and courteous though it’s just time for some building TLC.

It is February 13 and once again another disappointing day going to the YMCA. They have a flyer sent out for St. Patrick’s Day get together/party supposed to have games, virtual reality, activities and snacks from 5 PM till 7 PM. Me and my kids show up at 5 PM. There is nothing set up at all so we sit out in the lobby for a half hour and they just start to set things out, it is sad because I have to work in the evening and I only had a short period of time to spend with my kids at the party and there was nothing for them to do.

I just got a family membership two weeks ago and had quit planet fitness to join the y. Best decision I ever made. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease with questions I have, or any anxieties I have. I enjoy swimming and took my daughter once last week and when I returned this week the lifeguard asked where my daughter was and remembered her name. That blew my mind!! I feel like I finally found a place to workout where I don’t feel anxious about being looked at.

First time visiting the facility and I liked there gym. The equipment in this facility is all functioning properly and clean. Everybody was polite and cordial. I will be visiting more often

Great facility but they're letting it go. Pool only swept after complaints are leveled. That was only for a few days then no sweeping again...locker rooms not cleaned regularly and pool staff is late to open on a regular basis..,wondering about back billing for the over three hours I've lost due to staff not showing up. Addressed all w management and was assured it would improve. Not true.

If you are signing your child up for sports just be ware of terrible organization and lack of communication. Practices have been canceled and they never let any of the parents know so we all still showed up. On picture day they told us to show up 15 minutes early and it then cut into almost 40 minutes of actual practice time. During pictures they couldn’t find any of the coaches so we were really just waiting on them huge waste of time but I guess at least they finally got pictures done.Today was the second day of practice and they were out there for maybe five minutes and the time before that maybe 30 just more like a free-for-all with a soccer ball. We experience the same type of communication issues when it came to swimming lessons too just very unorganized.

I was excited to bring my daughter here to go swimming as I grew up going in my home town. Turns out they are not considerate and very rude. We have been struggling financially the past couple months and so I have been trying to cancel it with little help. I find out the payment day, the day I was trying to avoid as it dips into my grocery budget, that I was supposed to do it online. I informed the manager, linda about this misinformation and she quickly got defensive saying it wasn't true. She then went on to belittle me, insinuate I was a liar and stupid. This did not need to be so difficult if they'd been better about communicating and relaying correct information.

I do not recommend taking your child here!! They will abuse your child. My granddaughter came home with bruises on her from a certain worker. She has hit my granddaughter several different times.

I just want to say that Connie Was VERY helpful when we called with questions over the phone. VERY personable and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the most information possible. We will be calling tomorrow for a membership and childcare signup for the summer.

I love the track at this facility and their group exercise rooms as they are so large. The instructors are lovely people who actually help the participants with proper form and with any questions they have related to the class. I haven't returned since June of 2020 and will update once I know more about their policies for COVID-19.I do need to point out that there was an issue with communication in general with the YMCA. They didn't get my e-mail right despite my being a member there for 6 years and I wasn't informed there was an option to put a pause on my account in 2020 when the gym closed. As a result I ended up paying for 3 months where the money went to a food program while I was struggling. I am all for supporting local programs and do so, but it needs to be voluntary and not a surprise. So the YMCA really needs to think about these kinds of actions in the future, because they shouldn't be taking money from people without their knowledge. I understand the YMCA is huge and has many members, but there needs to be a better way to handle these situations if they intend to take money when the gym isn't even open. The YMCA cannot just expect people to listen to the venues they put out word to, as was the case with myself.This situation was very poorly handled.Thank you YMCA for putting those 3 months towards my current membership, but it shouldn't have taken so much of a hassle to amend the issue. I'm thankful it is resolved and I can get back to being an active member.
