We deal with them quite a bit. My experience is that their counter people are helpful. One or two might still be a little green, but they're learning!

This is a gem of a place and the people who work there are very helpful and friendly. The showroom is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I would recommend them to anyone to shop in person but their website is very nicely searchable too.
