Went to this store to upgrade internet service.Under staffed and was forced to wait unacceptable time. When a young man came on shift he was knowledgeable and able to sign us to an new internet which is an improvement over what we had and fair price
When finally received help was very good outcome
I would recommend anyone thinking of patronizing this store plan on spending most of a day to complete the transaction.

We had excellent service from the store manager . It's a great place to visit for they care for the customers and very capable staff.
They entire team is extremely cordial and highly motivated.

Me and my grandma went to get new phones today. Dominique was absolutely amazing and was very patient with us even when we were coming across issues with passwords and transferring data from our phones. He was very helpful, personable, and answered any questions we had!

Our customer service representative yesterday was extremely helpful and patient, and was able to easily assist my daughter and I. We had just been to another location but despite the fact that the open sign was lit and the store lights were on, the front door was locked and nobody was working inside. It was very refreshing to have a friendly and knowledgeable employee help us out. I only wish I had gotten his name.

Dom is one of the most knowledgeable managers in the business and his customer engagement is a delight My daughter and I had some complicated account needs following my husbands death and we both tried other ATT AGENTS to straighten things out. Dom went straight to the right departments and completed our changes straight away. This is the kind of worker everyone is trying to hire. If I were ATT I d start moving him up the ladder and do everything you can to keep him.
