“I am a student at the nearby Case Western Reserve University. My car battery recently died and I was unable to jump start it after many attempts, so I had to bike my old battery over and exchange it for a new one. I called ahead and told the technician Lavon about the trouble I was having with my car and the make and model of my car so I could get the right battery when I got there. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted and I was helped out right away with the battery I needed. When Levon realized that I had biked all the way over to exchange the battery, he offered to drive me back as it was a very heavy battery, and it was cold and late at night. I graciously accepted and will be forever grateful for his act of kindness. I would highly recommend going here for any auto part needs; their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness is unrivaled.”
