I love the way my eyebrows were done by Dawn. She plucked them instead of waxing them and this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. Dawn will be the one I go to from now on.

I will say that I was a little skeptical with not having my eyebrows ever done before. But the way Dawn did my brows have made me look so good. She actually made my eyebrows match the structure of my face. I'd recommend Dawn everytime.

Dawn, at the Benefits Brow station is simply wonderful. I have been going to Dawn for my eyebrow waxing service for some time now and I must say, she is always professional and easy to talk with about my questions and product reviews. She keeps her station and implements very clean and organized. I would and have recommended her to both my friends and family members.

I would never recommend it to anyone. The lady i believe Stephanie, not only bruised me while waxing my brows (See the picture I attached its on the day 3rd from when I got it done), but when I told her it's burning, she immediately freaked out and said 'I am not taking responsibility for it', And no I am not on any medication or have any skin condition that may cause sensitivity. I almost couldn't believe what she said instead of being empathetic. She didn't apply any gel or anything after it, and gave me the bill and asked me to go to the counter saying she has her next appointment lined up. What???? You know, accidents happen and the bruise will heal but how you deal with it says everything. I have never ever in my life had a worse experience at a salon you'd think is such a big name. It was still burning under my eye and I had to go back home to apply the ointment Also I am sorry but her breath smelled bad, maybe due to smoking or whatever but if you are getting so close to my face, please chew a gum or maintain proper hygiene. It's Ulta. I'll never go back to the place with such an ignorant staff. I always try to see the bright side of things, but you have to call out when you know something is unacceptable.
