Poor property management, generally conflictive for some reason. hallways always dirty. They have improved picking up the consistent trash hanging around the lawns of the property within the past few years which is a plus.Have done a good job maintaining the pool as well. Hallways smell, have raised rent prices disproportionately to the amount of maintenance / renovations. General maintenance requests done by team when they desire.

I don't even know where to start. I would leave no stars but that wasn't an option. I broke my lease after living here for about 6 months due to the roach and mice infestation that continued to get worse, the hallways that reeked constantly with the smell of weed and cigarettes, trash overflowing to the hallways from the trash shoots, the outside trash bins always being out and often blocking the walking area with broken glass left in the driving area, NO WINTER ROAD/PARKING LOT CARE with it often being a sheet of ice, the doors to the building docking station being left open leaving the fob entry meaningless, my kitchen drawers were plastic bins that were held in place by screws that never held them in place, screws on the doors were stripped so the doors always had to be pushed back on for both bedroom doors and kitchen cabinets, the apartment walls are sound proof but you can hear everything thru the entrance door that's not as well as everything being heard in the hallway....and there is soooo much more but I'm sure you get the picture. The roaches were the worst and hearing mice in the hallways running in the ceilings as well as running I'm in hallways and dead ones in common areas (and yes I took 📸) . Please, if you have other options, pic those.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my serious concern and frustration regarding the ongoing cockroach infestation in this building. Despite being told that the unit has been sprayed, the problem has not improved—in fact, it has only gotten worse with each supposed treatment.
This is completely unacceptable. I have documented this issue extensively, with numerous photos of the cockroaches I have encountered in my home. I should not have to live in these conditions, and certainly not while my wife is pregnant. It is a health and safety hazard, and no one should be expected to tolerate this in their own home.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and effectively, I will have no choice but to escalate it. I will bring all the photo evidence to the appropriate health authorities and file a formal complaint. This situation needs to be taken seriously, and action must be taken now—not more excuses, not more ineffective treatments.
Consider this your final notice before I take further steps.

My apartment wasn't even cleaned when I moved here. I had to clean as I moved in. The last tenant left it broken and filthy. Ants, spiders and roaches in the hallways and laundry room.
The residents play loud music and the dog owners are annoying, with the barking dogs. And dog poop everywhere.
The staff is mostly great, no complaints there.
But I let my lease expire, went month to month, and they charged an unholy rate. $1200-$1400 was their offer!
The home I bid on (out of 5)failed inspection, so I paused home buying.
For 2 months gap, the company increased my rate by $100 when I renewed. I really regret this place.

After being here for a while, I would not recommend this apartment complex. They allow people to smoke indoors, so it reeks of weed and cigarettes constantly, which is a health concern and very unpleasant. I wish I would have looked further into this complex before renting here, as it is just not worth the money at all. The laundry room is always dirty and the trash cans are always overflowing or don't even have a trash bag in them so they're gross. The building (lobby, elevators, hallways) are always dirty and untidy, it smells bad everywhere and there also isn't any designated guest parking. Because of this, so many parking spots are taken up by non residents. I have also seen several spills and trash all over the lobby and it takes the complex forever to clean up. The one good thing is that this has (so far) been a generally safe area and the walls aren't paper thin. However, the constant smoke odors and lack of care for the well being of residents is unfortunate. I would not sign a lease here again.

For anyone wondering to move, there was a great things here that would give this apartments extra credit which are the following:
1. Easy system access to check the maintenance and they would fix any issues within 24-48hrs and there was an emergency line that you can call anytime. Easy system for payment and l really they way that my packages connect to my email and l received once it’s arrived.
2. The place is clean in general, but there are some unpleasant odors in the hallways, and an unpleasant smell is present most of the time.
3. Safe place, and the people here are nice and helpful.
4. Mails box room is good and clean.
5. Enclosed rooms for garbage disposal.
— Disadvantages:
1. During the winter, I struggled with black ice, which caused me to fall multiple times. The roads and outside parking area were not cleared, so you should be extra careful when driving or walking!
2. The laundry room is available only on the ground floor in the old building, but I noticed that in the new building, there is one on each floor.
3. During the application process, I encountered some issues that initially affected my decision to move here, but everything eventually went smoothly.
4. The gym is decent—not excellent but not bad either. Overall, it’s good.
Thank you, hope that review would help you one day. It’s a good place

Needs painting, hallways are very dark. Long walk from parking to the building entrance. Not enough Handicap parking placards. Sidewalks were icy and snow covered.

Do not move here. I’ve lived at coppertree in Mayfield for a little over 2 years. Month after month there are new issues in my one bedroom apartment the sink leaking and my kitchen being flooded and stinking, my dishwasher having the disposals remnant in it, the disposal breaking, the wood falling down underneath, the furnace breaking and living in the cold for days, them breaking my wall and painting over it with a different color, the bathtub never working, the elevators breaking and being down for weeks, they don’t clear out the lot in winter, the complex stinks because they don’t empty the trash- the shoots are always filled. the laundry unit and card machine being down, the pool is never heated unless someone is coming to inspect it, the ceilings crashing down. Luxury apartments is a JOKE. I started paying 800 and now I’m at 1,200 for an apartment that is not renovated and constantly has issues. They will not offer or give any compensation for the issues that have occurred. Save yourself the money, the time, and the headache living here they do not care about your well being or even the property.
