My phone was destroyed so I went in to purchase another one. I was approved for leasing but my account was flagged because I had swiped my card several times. Tyeesha went above and beyond to help me be able to proceed to the next step after verifying that I wasn't a fraud. She made sure that she did everything she could to help me while still being professional. Not one time did I hear irritation or frustration in her voice while she assisted me. I really appreciate her help. She was ver calm and patient. I haven't seen customer service this great in a long time.

cricket said i need to change my phone to 5g otherwise it will not work. Also text me that they can provide a free 5g phone at store. but because of a technical issue which is not my fault, I could not get a phone and had to pay full price except just a 25$ off which was ridicules. Place is ok for availability but workers can be more polite and welcoming.

Bought a new phone on March 3. Told I had 7 days to return. I did have to return the phone and came back to the store on March 9th to do so. I was told their system was down and I couldn't return it at that time. The employee looked at my receipt and said that day 7 wasn't until the next day so I could return it then. I came back the next day on March 10th and was told by a different employee that day seven was actually the day before and the system wouldn't let them return the phone. They said it would need manager approval. The employee did call the manager and explained that I did try to return the phone the day before and was told the system was down but I could come back the next day and still return the phone. The manager told the employee in not so many words that I was out of luck and wouldn't let me return the phone. I came within the allotted time frame and THEIR system was down and was told by THEIR employee I could come back the next day and still return it only to be told I couldn't and even though it was not my fault I had to come back a day late they weren't going to to make that small exception. Not only that I was subsequently told by a manager of another cricket location my first day of the seven days shouldn't have started until the day after I bought the phone(March 4th), which makes this situation even more frustrating if that's possible. If you have to buy a phone from cricket you might want to think about another location.
