I wanted to get my medication. The receipt was sent by my family doctor. When I arrived the first time no one was on "Puck Up" section. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a man with glasses came and I was told that there is no information about my medication in CVS Pharmacy database. I drove to my family doctor in the next city. The receptionist called the branch, and she was told that it was a mistake and the medication is ready for picking up. I arrived and was told that the medication has not been ready yet and it’ll be ready in a couple of hours. Next time I came in a couple of days. No one was on "Puck Up" section again. After about 10 minutes of waiting the same man with glasses came. Unfortunately, it was a problem with my medication, and I was waiting for additional 15 minutes to get it.

I visited cvs to buy test kits,cvs staff Larry at the counter is awesome,he is so helpful & also explained very well about the extra care membership due to which we saved a huge amount on the bill.Thank you so much for being helpful

This CVS is huge! It's also considered a health hub for all your health needs. There is a minute clinic there as well. I only buy stuff from cvs, when I get a coupon lol I like there rewards program.

Awful. Minute clinic is way over loaded and understaffed. Pharmacy is slow and inaccurate. Double and triple check anything you buy here. Pretty much any place is better than this location.

I visited my CVS this evening after work, having received many reminder emails to take advantage of my 35% off coupon offering from CVS..... I checked out and was surprised that 35% off was not applied to my order. I questioned the Personnel at the checkout and they informed me that no such discounts were available. This, even after scanning my CVS card.... I was surprised that they did not inquire further or offer to look up my account and the discount offerings in more detail. Perhaps a better way for CVS to handle this is to offer employees training on how to better service guests and address is kind of offerings that are clearly emailed to CVS guests. Thank you

Issues with prescriptions every single time. Told by the pharmacist to take my business elsewhere because she's unable to resolve the issue of filling my medications on time, when the prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

I have been waiting to resolve a prescription issue for a week. The staff have said everything from "Our computers are not ready because of lunch break, call back in an hour" to "Your doctor called the wrong pharmacist, have him call me". I have disrupted the lives of four medical professionals and still no prescription. On Monday I made it clear it was an emergency. This is Friday. Every day there is a new bungling of the interaction. There is one competent pharmacist named Jackie. She is fine. Unfortunately, everyone else is a joke. Do not use this pharmacy.

Never start filling the prescriptions until I show up and ask for them. Then have to wait days or more for them because they didn’t just start the process when the prescription was sent.

Unbelievably they closed the drive through window during normal working hours. This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. I am moving all my many prescriptions to Rite Aid.

Went in to get testing done at the minute clinic. Instead of being helpful, the older black woman with the bad wig/ side part combo was very confrontational. If you're going to lack empathy, especially toward fellow women, you shouldn't be working in this department. Maybe she should find a new profession. Being a prudish boomer isn't very good bedside manner. Thank you.

I don’t appreciate how a stocky white woman with glasses treats her employees. I’ve witnessed her yell harshly at her employees and especially constantly disrespect her black employees. She constantly stinks of alcohol and smoke and could be the reason for why she has a very short fuse and seems to get easily annoyed. I’ve seen her shove her employees hands away and turn tomato red over them making minor bagging mistakes during my transaction. I believe this woman’s name is Lindy. However there also happens to be another very tiny almost sickly looking manager with a thick Russian accent named Tatianna who also yells at both customers and employees shes is completely unprofessional and always seems like shes ready to snap. I would never send my child to work for these abusive loud mouth managers. For these reasons I find my experience at this store very unenjoyable and would highly recommend getting better management. Very big nicely furnished store with potential but lacks the backbone which is the disrespectful management.
