I love the Mayfield branch on Som Center Road.. I have always been welcomed with a hello by everyone which is so nice these days… Zoya is very knowledgeable and explains everything in depth….Amanda (bank teller) is absolutely wonderful!! She always greets me with a big smile and addresses me personably….When I come to do my banking, I always hope that Amanda is available for me… She is a Gem and I hope she gets promoted, because she deserves it!! … Nate

The bankers in this branch are the best in the industry. Jason and Zoya have addressed every question and are always to available to help.The bank as a whole will protect your accounts. I am always notified of suspicious activity, which happened once and they advised me to get a new bank card to be in the safe side!

I have had this bank since 2015 and at first I had the best experience but as of 2022 the staff is so ignorant they only care about the money and not you, when there are problems on the account they won't even help you fix it. It is so horrible how fast this establishment has changed and not for the better. Go else where to bank don't even waist your time.

Malini Patel was extremely rude to me over the phone regarding overdraft charges that are complete BS with this bank. I asked how I go about closing the account and she got angry talking over me, raising her voice that she will not reverse the charge and hung up on me. I called back and she told her co-worker she lost the call. What great timing to lose the call!? Done with this bank

This branch is horrible. My husband lost his card in the ATM outside and was treated poorly by the manager. He was very disrespectful and condescending. The experience was horrible and the customer service was inexcusable. To amend relations they offered a $10 credit which was ridiculous. We closed the account. Please go to a different branch!
