I come to this FedEx regularly because I teach art classes and often need prints, but after this experience I won’t be returning. I was charged a $50 same-day print fee, something I was never informed about at any point in the ordering process. No one called to let me know my order was ready YESTERDAY, and I called multiple times-no answer. I came in this morning only to be met with attitude when I calmly asked why I was charged so much.
I didn’t ask for the fee to be removed, I just wanted an explanation. If I had known it would cost $50, I would have picked up printer ink and done it myself. I also didn’t say I needed my prints yesterday she just said to come back later. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and I received neither.
Very disappointing experience and not the way you treat regular customers.

Came to this lication April 1st, 345 pm to have some labels printed. Apon entering a lady was chatting with a male worker although she came over to assist me he continued the conversation for about 2 minutes even tho me and her are face to face to i couldn’t even speak to her because he wants to laugh and keke knowing a customer is waiting. Then she barely wanted to assist me i can tell by her answers to my question which im already educated in this topic i just needed to confirm the store had the right labels. She barely wanted to help so i just opted to leave. This store will never thrive in printing with workers who don’t want to assist/lazy workers.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. They will not connect you to a customer service representative no matter how hard you try. It is ridiculous. I am so angry right now that I will never use FedEx. There is no option for what my problem is. No matter what I say it keeps telling me that I need to press the button. Picking up package and the people in the store rude I couldn't pick up my package because didn't have the same last name told them that I could call the person I was picking up for they said no that's not going to work just think it's bull crap I never had any issues picking any other FedEx stores

Worst customer service ever! (FedEx first, Customers last) Policies and procedures over helpful. I found a local print shop for my project, WAY BETTER.

The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!

First time using this location to create a card for a friend of mine local. I am in NC, and arrange one-off printing like this around the US for regional sales managers. STACY was the one I worked with... she was on top of it and treated my small order as if it was a huge one! Thank you for your professionalism and care Stacy! It's warm, friendly people like you who give a location a good name. Maybe the next order will be a larger one for your area.
