I hate coming to this branch everytime I come in this branch the women Bella always got a damn attitude asking me questions about my account where do I work. She don’t know how to talk to people . Customer service is horrible!!!! she is so nasty every time I come in this branch by all means I wouldn’t come to this branch if it was the last branch on earth This woman’s attitude is ridiculous!!! I would never come back here again.💯

I came in today to get money out the bank and the lady the helped me was very rude. I let it go because I really didn’t care however I came back to put some money in the bank and I came in and I tell her I’m here to put money in the bank and she responds and says what else are you here for you just put money in the bank. So I ask the two ladies next to her if they can help me and one is sitting there feeding her face staring at me and the other lady acts as if I was inconveniencing her. However there customer service is horrible.

Always friendly, always in and out. Very clean atmosphere to do your banking and it would seem to work as well.

Awful experience with our mortgage here. For starters the mortgage individual is quite unresponsive it takes forever to get in touch or hear back from him! Secondly they wouldnt remove the PMI from our account once we met all of the qualifications and sending formal written notice asking for it to be removed. They gave my wife the run around for several months before doing anything. Once we finally got it taken care of no apology or reimbursements for the several months of extra PMI payments.

Such a great experience with this branch. All Staff is super friendly. Our personal banker, Bri, is on the top of her things. She calls and asks us if everything is OK with our account and how is our experience with the bank. Makes me feel like a part of their own family! AAA+++ service!

Try to find your minimum credit card payment or date due on the "New and Improved" 5/3 website.. it's there, about 4 or 5 pages later... Talk about user Unfriendly. Seems Huntington is right, without saying 5/3. It could become their next commercial: "Hey boss, let's put the due date and minimum due so it's hard for people to find, and then they'll be late on their payments, and we'll make money on late fees"... Great job, 5/3.. put the information back where it belongs, where everyone else has it, on the very first page.. you can't be that money hungry, nor ignorant to realize what you were doing when it was changed.
