We had a fabulous experience at Floorz asking to have a used and very wrinkled wall-to-wall carpet that was still in good condition re-stretched after removing the old pad and inserting a new pad. The installers did an amazingly quick job of the whole thing and were neat about the whole process. And the recommended pad we purchased was the perfect thickness. The final result was excellent and we are very happy indeed. The bedroom now feels brand new again and walking on the carpet is very comfortable and supportive. We will be using Floorz for other home projects as well. They have a great team and their professionalism is A+.

Worked within our budget for a quality product. Flooring was ordered and installed within two weeks. The installer was prompt, courteous, diligent, and finished in a day. He cleaned up after himself and explained what we needed to know about care. Great experience.

I received new carpet for the basement and living room. The process was without issue from beginning to end. Malcolm was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. He would drop off samples and was always available to answer any questions. The guys who installed the carpet were professional and did a great job! The end result was amazing! I highly recommend Floorz and plan to use the company again for my next flooring project!

We had a wonderful experience working with Floorz in Mayfield Heights!! Our salesperson was David Warner. He greeted us at the door upon first walking in, he was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly help us find something we liked that fit the room we were looking for. He kept in touch throughout the entire process. Installation day was efficient and painless. The installers showed up right on time and were done with the whole project by lunchtime!! We will be returning to Floorz for our future projects!!

David and and Jamie did a great job. David was a huge help in finding the exact product that I need for my kitchen update. It's beautiful. Ordered and came in on schedule. Had to order another item after, and they got that to me even quicker. I also got a rug that is just beautiful and fits perfectly for under my table. I will be going back in the future, for other projects and highly recommend them.

David and Jamie were great and worked extra hard to get my order expedited within a week. Measurements to installation was 4 days apart, which is incredible (compared to 4-6 weeks most others need). Communication was phenomenal and they even informed me right away that a carpet I had ordered went out of stock, so they offered a more expensive carpet at the same price and drove over a sample to my house on their own time. Exceptional service all around, so I will be coming back for all my future carpet needs. Installation looked top tier, so I am very pleased with the team at Floorz.

I recently worked with Tyler at the Floorz Mayfield Heights location. Tyler is amazing – he went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. Even though it took me a long time to choose my floors, he was extremely patient with me. He’s honest, patient, kind, and a true professional. I highly recommend Floorz-especially if you work with Tyler!

My Floorz experience was AWESOME!! Jim helped me through the whole process but if I called and he wasn’t there, Tyler and Gina were just as helpful! Jim came to my house to measure and helped me pick out the perfect carpet for my room! I just love it and the installation guys were great too and helped me put things back in the room. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Gina, my sales rep was creative, kind, and worked with me to help find a product that would work in our basement. Jeff, the scheduling staffer was a great communicator; Jonathan, our installer was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. My only ding is that you have to pay the full price before the work is completed, which is not what I normally expect from a service provider. That said, I believed them when they assured me that any problems would be dealt with promptly.

Very positive experience with Floorz in Mayfield Hts. They recarpeted our basement in South Euclid and we are very satisfied with the results. Professional and easy to work with staff. They even matched and slightly beat a competitors estimate. Highly recommended.
