Excellent customer service, bakery is A+ and Hot Foods dept. is totally awesome! I would definitely recommend this store.

[I added the ribbon bows myself] The ladies in the bakery were extremely accommodating for my custom cake request, and the cake came out PERFECT and tasted amazing. Absolutely cannot beat this for the price…looked like a $70 cake. Thank you GE!

The people working at Chesterland Giant Eagle are always pleasant and helpful. Given the number of people standing in line to check out, it would be helpful if the company would provide some self-checkout. Managers do not hesitate to step in to help customers in long lines.
