I'm beyond concerned about the documents you have concerning my taxes. Like others reviewers in you google reviews I have called, emailed and stopped at your business location countless times. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience! I am absolutely miffed!! Just want all the documents that I brought to your office. Seriously considering taking legal action.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could. After giving Jeff our taxes months before the due date he never submitted them. After endless calls between his secretary who never communicates with him I still can’t figure out why my taxes were never submitted. Would recommend no one ever uses this place to get taxes done.

Absolutely terrible. He had our taxes for months and never submitted them. Most of the time he never answers his phone even if you call multiple times in a row. He never gives a straight answer on what’s going on and says he’ll get back to you. When someone does answer the phone it’s his secretary, and there is no way she communicates with him about anything people call about. Would never recommend anybody going here.

Jeffrey promised to do my taxes. I gave him my information months before, he ignored my calls, and he did not file an extension for me. I guess he picks and chooses what clients he wants to help.

This was my first experience with a true CPA. I am retired but have an online reselling store on 3 platforms. Jeff took his time with me. Thank goodness my spreadsheets were in order. When he finished my taxes, I was shell shocked at the price. He worked with me to lower the price as much as he could. I since checked prices for a CPA and Jeff is in line with the prices. Jeff was able to find a significant amount of tax refunding for me this year as he has done for the last 10 years. Before Jeff, I would owe money to Federal and State agencies. What a difference.
