The staff at this store were amazing!! They were very helpful. There was a chair for those of us who might need a pit stop break, large comfortable fitting rooms and the staff checked on me several times to see if I needed anything else.
I'd happily shop here again.

Love shopping here. Staff is very nice and helpful, plus, you get discounts if you order and have it shipped to the store, or make certain amount purchases. This store and online are the only ones I'll shop at.

Came to pick up an order that was already paid for. This store is not that close to me. The store was still closed at 10:30 am on a Saturday, but someone was in there, short staffed, and refused to let us pick up our order.
Edit: I have spoken to corporate on live chat and over the phone. Neither were very helpful. The person over the phone told me to call the store and have them ship it to me for free. I’m currently calling and no one is picking up.

Stopped by last week and had ZERO interaction with any employees that were working. No one said hello or even approached me while I was in the store. Too busy talking with each other. I love the cardigans there. It’s a shame no one offered to help. No purchase this time. I will stick to online shopping.

My wife had the worst customer service experience of her life here. They were the only customers and the staff was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful

The customer service was horrible. The store closes at 7pm. I arrived at 6:48pm and the door was locked. I was picking up a package and wanted to get something for 50% off for picking up my package. The worker was rude. She they was short staff and had to prepare to close. It was 2 people working in the store. I will find another Lane Bryant to go to.

Store had 3 customers, I was there doing a secret shop for the store. I'm normally greeted at my Beachwood location, but not here! No one said Hello, no one asked if I needed assistance. I browsed the store for 10mins before I looked for help with a fitting room. Employee had me wait 5 mins before getting me a room, she was putting items away. She never gave me her name or told me she would assist if I needed a larger/small item while I was trying on clothing. When purchasing an item I was not asked if I found everything ok, nothing! Just asked for my #, gave me my total. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES that day. Take the extra time and shop the Chagrin, Beachwood location. The employees are great there.
