We were fortunate to be the only customers during the 2-hour visit to purchase a new mattress. And we were doubly fortunate to have Camille's (manager) help to guide us through testing the large number of products carried lat this Levin store and for her encyclopedic knowledge and helpful perspective based upon years of helping Levin customers. What we feared would be a long and difficult process turned out to be a delightful afternoon learning literally everything we needed to know to be comfortable with our final decision.
Camille's lovely personality and true love of her job helping customers was a major factor in turning the outing into a wonderful process making our decision. Another is Levin's generous programs that allow subsequent easy and relatively inexpensive "trade's" if our first (or even second) choice does not completely satisfy us. This level of dedication to pleasing customers is not common among retail establishments and will lead us to highly recommend your store to friends and to return to Levin's for future needs for home furnishings.

Every person that waited on Jim and Camille were the best. Friendly, knowledgeable on the showrooms products. They sold me without any arm twisting. I can’t wait to sleep in my new bed.

man it was easy peasy, we were looking for a replacement for our son, we found a floor model they wanted off the showroom floor and so easy we were out in 20 mins beds got delivered that next monday they also added an adjustable frame, our sons going to be so happy
