Overall, the selection is great. The store is well organized, and it's pretty clean. Unfortunately, the woman who checked us out was rude. She promoted the store credit card (I understand that's normal) and we declined immediately. But she kept pushing it. We declined again, and explained the reason. The person I was with has a shopping addiction, so avoids signing up for store credit cards all together. The woman still kept pushing the card. Do not do this. People are addicted to shopping. They can find themselves in an incredible amount of debt because of these things, you are potentially ruining lives. If they say no the first time, leave it there. Ridiculous.

Took my out of town friend here to find a swimsuit. Marshall's didn't disappoint. She found the cutest swimsuit.

While shopping at Marshalls, I noticed that the checkout process was quite slow, primarily due to the older employees manning the cashier stations. While they were friendly and polite, the pace at which they operated was noticeably sluggish.
I believe Marshalls could greatly improve the overall customer experience by implementing measures to increase checkout efficiency. One suggestion would be to provide additional training or support to the older employees to help them become more adept at handling transactions swiftly.
Alternatively, Marshalls could consider introducing self-checkout options for customers who prefer a faster and more autonomous checkout experience. This would not only reduce wait times but also provide customers with greater flexibility.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Marshalls, but I believe there is room for improvement in the checkout process to enhance customer satisfaction.

Anything if I didn’t got at walmart, target or amazon i will step on to the store and zoom zoom bingo ?, not once it happened multiple times and the price is fairly reasonable. And there is a long line to check out every day anytime ?, big business.

Great store,but I purchased a coat day before there inventory and the next day price dropped 10 dollars more. When I ask if they would honor that they said I needed to bring the coat back and repurchase it.but I had already thew the tags out but had the receipt. Just felt they could have gave me a credit.

The old lady with the really loud voice is so rude. She did not let me return an item even though I had the receipt and price tag. This is the first time I’ve had a problem returning something.
