Just left Michael's on Som Ctr Rd and had another unpleasant experience. I love Michael's but the older women who work there have horrible attitudes and they never say thank you. At least not to me. I am a senior citizen who works in retail and I am always kind to my customers. I would appreciate the same when i go into another retail establishment. Michael's is a great store, but the attitudes at Hobby Lobby are so much better. They actually smile at their customers.

Typical craft store. Little staff but always helpful. Expensive but very thorough framing department, art supplies, stickers etc. They are starting to carry fabric and yarn, but it's limited.

This is 1 of those places for crafty people. I am not crafty. I walk in and instantly think I can be crafty. It's a trick, my friends. $100 later, and I haven't made a thing I can show, but it was a good sale on already made stuff, so I should've just stayed in my lane. ??♀️

All around it was great experience. Great sales! Great supplies of products. Then you go to check out. I was 6th in line. There were 6 more behind me when I was 4th in line. There was another associate who had been at his cash register twice and left, the last time he did turn around to do a return that he saw a lady carrying. I guess it’s a rule only one cashier. I wouldn’t go back if I was in a hurry.

Suzanne in the frame department was amazing to work with! She spent time with me helping pick out frames for 3 of my pieces. She was incredibly professional and had great ideas to help my prints really pop! I picked them up recently, on the exact day she said they would be ready and everything looks fantastic! Will definitely be coming back.
