Had the worst experience at customer service line. Her name is Rachelle! Throwing Marc Glassmans Name around like it her best friend .
After spending $120 there and after letting 3-4 people in front of me to check out while I had a customer service issue , a return , she sent me away because I did not have the card it was charger on ..... after getting the correct card she sent me back behind 7 other people
Now a women who saw the whole thing said get in here honey. Rachelle W said. “Oh no You ! not InMY LINE, Get back behind everyone . ItS not HER line ! Only had 2 registers open with 10-12 people in each !
Then she called the very kind policeman to get me out of HER line ! I was the only customer service person In the line
This is why people are going to Sou Euclid Marc’s
I will never step foot in Mayfield Heights Marc’s again.

This morning, Sept 5 2020 I went shopping to this store. Among the other things I pick a watermelon, put it in the shopping cart. When I was checking out the cashier, Jean A saying that she needs a barcode number made me to take it out of the cart, yet never scanned it. I think it was based on her issues, but it so unprofessional. First time I shop I had such a thing. I'm done with this store, there are plenty of others, places where customers treated with respect.

Love Marcs prices but I just had a terrible service experience. Just went shopping Friday on my lunch break - waited on line 15 minutes while the customer ahead of me repeatedly searched through her cell phone for a discount coupon but graciously told the cashier she was happy to go to customer service rather than hold up the line. The cashier said no problem and continued waiting for the customer to find her coupon on her phone. I said if its ok with you I would like to check out because I have to be back at work at 1:oo pm and the cashier sternly told me it would only be another minute Five minutes later the head cashier came over to assist with this coupon search and I again asked if I could check out because I had to be back at work The Head cashier told me sternly I would wait for you if you had a coupon In frustration and because I would be late for work as I was now in line 20 minutes I left without my filled grocery cart. Not understanding why neither of these Marcs employees were so rude and uncooperative towards me when the customer was happy to go to customer service rather than hold up the line. All that time wasted and I could not even check out .
