Alex and Jerrick were very helpful when I came in for a needed oil change. They provided a discount when I ended up purchasing multiple items for my car. Per usual they top your fluids and air but they let me know about things I couldn’t see and wasn’t aware of and how long of a timeline I have on whatever it was. I always recommended going to this location.

Worst service ever. I will never recommend the Mayfield Heights location EVER ! Other Mr. Tire locations are far better, are more professional.

Was able to get a same day appointment to check out my brakes. They took my car right away when I arrived. The quoted time for inspection was right on the nose. Unfortunately the quoted amount for the repair was more than I expected. No fault of Mr. Tire for being through. The mechanic and front desk personnel sympathized with the price/needed repairs and explained my options. Everyone was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

This appointment was for a routine check. All went perfectly and on time. Price was reasonable and staff was courteous and helpful. One thing, I wish the online reservation thing was a bit clearer. I thought I made an appointment. Apparently, I was only made a 'request' at a time that showed available, but was not. Still a five star experience.

Kaylin made scheduling easy and every time I’ve brought one of our cars in they have been respectful and honest professional business people- I feel comfortable having my car worked on here- whether it’s a battery oil change brakes tires they are wonderful- I would recommend them to everyone- in fact I have !!

I went yesterday to see about getting air put in my tires . when I pulled up, the garage door was open and a scrunchie looking guy with a beard walked up and I asked him if I could please get some air in my tires. He's then proceeded to say go to the front office and rudely closed the garage door I walked away. I noticed this company has a lot of bad reviews having things like this working for you. I can assure you your business will not last long! I am disabled and I am a senior, and all I want was a little bit of air put in my tires I would've paid for it, but he was extremely rude if I ever needed service or anything done to my car I definitely would not come here or recommend this business. When you have hateful people like that working for you, it will only hurt your business. i'm sure the work that he does is just as rotten as his attitude

Took all day to do an oil change and put on two tires. I dropped my truck off at 11:30am and it wasn’t ready at 5pm despite the receptionist calling me stating that it would be ready and to come pick it up by 6pm. When I got there my truck was in the air with no tires or oil change completed. The receptionist said the mechanic had to use the bathroom…. Mind you, I just said I dropped the truck off in the morning and came back that evening after being told it would be ready. I had to come back the next day to get my truck. Wouldn’t recommend.

They are supposed to be open until 5pm on Sundays, and yet nobody answered at 4:30 when I started to call to let them know I was on my way, and when I arrived at 4:45 the store was closed

Worst present management. 2 girls who work there are totally incompetent.I never had problems with the previous staff who were very pleasant to work with and very accommodating.
I recently dropped my car which had a flat tire and after 2 days they say that because I didn’t have an appointment they were not sure when the technician could fix it or at least look to see what needs to be done.Whoever heard of making an appointment when you suddenly have a flat tire.
The 2 girls are only interested in social media and are requesting reviews
Unfortunately I will not go there again and if you need to experience deplorable customer service please visit this store
