Very good service from the groomer. They treated buddy like he was a guest and cleaned him right up. They definitely seem to care here. Will be coming back.

Noah deliberately confused me so he can swindle more money out of me. It was only $5. But it's not the money for me. Idc about $5. It's the principle. Now I question myself, "was my dog safe back there", "since they're dishonest, did they hit my dog" Now I won't ever go back because I just simply don't trust them. If Noah did that to me, who else has he deliberately confused? First and last time there for me

We’ve started training our puppy at this Petsmart and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Emma is an amazing trainer! Our shih tzu puppy is so well behaved and learning so much! I highly recommend taking training courses with Emma!

I brought my dog in today for a long-scheduled grooming. The tech told me it would be "much longer" than normal--maybe five hours--because they had overbooked. When I said that wasn't acceptable for my (nervous) dog, they brought in the manager who said it "might not" be five hours. He then proceeded to barrage me with irrelevant details about the way they schedule and work--as if to reassure me it would be quicker--but at no time did he and the tech ever get their stories straight, and I was not about to leave my dog in that situation. So I left, with the manager following me to the exit and yelling at me out of the store as I walked through the parking lot to my car.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE.

Had to hunt down someone to help me find what I needed. Once I found someone, they were very pleasant and helpful. When I got to the checkout counter (only 1 was open), I stood in line for what seemed like forever. The first customer in line seemed to be having a long social visit with the cashier! And there was another cashier there with her. As the line began piling up, the second cashier FINALLY opened up another line! What should have been a 6-8 minute in and out turned out to be about half an hour. Remind me never to go here if I'm in a hurry!
