I just left the Shell gas station I went in and purchased two $100 gift cards you would think it would be a very easy transaction wrong the gentleman behind the counter tried to activate them and they said not activated he kept arguing with me trying to say That they weren’t activated then he said I had to stick my card in and do a debit transaction to get a refund which was false because I had them cancel that transaction and I tapped my card and I got my money back they are so clueless don’t waste your time going there

What gas station put a $200 hold on your credit card just because you pay at the pump!!! that is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. This was my first time going to this gas station and I will never ever go again. I’ve never had that happen at a gas station. I usually get my gas at Costco and that’s where I will be going back to Costco. I will never purchase gas here again. I’d rather walk.

I came in and the 2 female attendants were yelling over another customer about how they wont be getting into trouble because they are not on their phone.one of them was by the coffee,so they were shouting it.not paying attention to the customers at all!! Just complaining, complaining...no regard of anyone else in the room at all.there is another gas station down the road,ill go get what i need from there.

Friendly staff.. Clean store.. My issue is there is no baby changing station.i had to change 3 month old granddaughter on the sink counter..... This needs fixed!!!!!
