Tatum my usual stylist is the best! she wasn't in today. The cut i recieved by the other stylist was fantastic too. The reason why I gave my experience 2 stars was because of the 90 min wait I had after arriving at the shop at 905 and being first on deck only to watch someone come in after me and get taken care of before me even after I requested that I was fine taking the next available stylist.
It felt very unprofessional. I'll be back just on Fridays when Tatums in. Sports clips rocks 💪 ⚽️ 🏈⚾️

Met by Mo. as I entered and selected her as my barber. Haircut was exactly as I wanted and plan to use her from now on.

Didn’t notice till after I got home my beard was super uneven on the right side. I thought the girl was nice enough, but for $37 I could’ve saved it and screwed it up myself. I’m sure this idea would create a lot of stalkers, but it’d be nice if there was a “lineup” online that told you who was working that day, instead of walking in and walking right out because you know this artificial redhead is gonna make you look like a lopsided freak.

The app would not let me sign in online. So I had to wait for over an hour in store. Although the staff is very friendly, they seem to be very under staffed. I wish it wouldn’t have taken so long to get a haircut. Extremely disappointing having to wait that long especially after coming off a 12 hour work shift.Despite being friendly and pleasant, both staff members went into the back and left me and 3 other customers waiting for over 20min before they came back out to cut our hair

I have been with this store from the beginning and different stylists and managers over the years I have had some bad cuts but luckily the were moved before major damage could be done. I love the current manager and her assistant both are great stylists.

Even though I moved further away, I still go out of my way to drive here since they know exactly what I want. Have worked with a variety of stylists and had no problems each time.
