Great store but with the nearby Office Depot closing down, they definitely need more staff. The wait times are extremely long, no calls when orders are done. But the staff is nice though.

I stopped in for a computer chair, but out of roughly 20 chairs on the floor, only 2 of them had a price on the chair itself. So I drove down the street and purchased from a different store chain.
I like Staples a lot, they have a very friendly staff, which is the only reason i'm leaving 2 stars for this review. But I wasn't going to walk back and forth in the store with questions about each chair's pricing.

Excellent customer care !! It’s pouring rain Today and I had to buy bulky and heavy items. The manager was kind enough to walk out in the pouring rain with me to help me bring my items to my car! Above and beyond is appreciated always thought I would shout out!
