Sat in the drivethru for 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me and a 1/2 empty parking lot. Had to send my drink back to be remade by the time I got to the window because it sat so long. I do my best to be understanding of staffing issues and truly respect those in the food service industry. My tolerance is high for poor service. Not a single apology was uttered for the wait. I do not recommend this location.

This location used to be fast when they first opened, I waited in the drive thru for 32 minutes for 2 drinks, I wish I was exaggerating. This is one of the worst Starbucks to go to!

I usually have no problems with this location, But laaterly service has been extremely slow. The baristas was too busy in the lobby laughing, at least I can see that through the drive thru window.

Ordered the Strawberry Refresher, and it was extremely watered down. I ordered with no ice and extra base. I'll stop at another Starbucks. This usually is not a problem at other locations.

The employees are friendly, but horrible at their jobs. Don’t ever go here expecting to get your order in a timely manner, it will always take minimum 15-20 minutes just to place it. The employee running the computer inside is extremely nice, but unfortunately has clearly had absolutely no training on how the system works. The manager/shift lead/ whatever clearly sees him struggling, and ignores him until he makes her come over and help him.

I’m visiting from out of town because my father-in-law is having heart surgery. I needed a break from the hospital and drove over to this Starbucks to get a matcha latte to warm up. Kalil (sorry if misspelled name) was very kind to me and made me feel at home. I could tell that they were busy, but they still took the time to be kind and make sure I was taken care of. Thanks so much for this!

I was in the drive-through line at this location and there were probably four cars in front of me and everyone ordered and when I got to the order window, they told me they were closed but everyone else got their coffee :(

Despite hardly any customers inside and only a few cars ahead of us, it took almost 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Drinks were well made, but the wait time seemed odd.

There are plenty of other better run Starbucks nearby, don’t waste your time with this one.The building is nice and new but the wait time, especially in the drive through, is atrocious. After a half dozen orders you will wait about 20-30 minutes to get your drink regardless of how many cars are in front of you. The drink then has a 50/50 shot of being prepared correctly.Don’t be fooled by the façade, go to a different Starbucks.

I had a very unfortunately experience over the weekend. As someone who was a shift supervisor at Starbucks, I am someone who is extremely understanding of the difficulties of the job and demands. We have never been to this location and sadly can say will never go back despite convenience. I ordered my Venti Iced Coffee with extra classic syrup and cream. My daughter got a Grande vanilla bean cream frappacino. My wife a grande vanilla latte. All of these came out wrong and the girl at drive through was rude and took tip without thanking or acknowledging me saying thanks so much. When I told her my daughter got a strawberry cream frappacino she seemed irritated and I said I would park and come in. By the time I pulled around I discovered mine had no classic and no cream and my wife's had little to no vanilla. I went to the register where a man barely acknowledged me as I told him what happened and I was there to pick up the remade vanilla bean cream frappacino. I accidentally misspoke (yes, forgot the lingo despite working there years and years back) and said vanilla bean frappacino to which he sassily said "we don't have a vanilla bean frap." I said I'm sorry vanilla bean cream.." and he began ringing it up. I said no it's being remade and can I have you put cream in my iced coffee and I'll take some sugars. (I'm guessing Starbucks no longer puts the cream and sugar out because I would have done myself otherwise) he said in a snarky tone sure and I (having my hands full) struggled a bit to open lid to my iced coffee. I said wow these are harder to get off is there a secret jokingly to which he blankly stared. This experience was awful. We didn't even want to attempt to ask for pumps of sugar and vanilla and just made do with wrong drinks and the couple packets he allowed us to have of sugar. I've never seen a more unfriendly bunch of workers and I have frequented quite a lot of Starbucks over the years. It's sad because the store itself is nice in appearance and atmosphere none thanks to the employees. Hopefully they weed out the negative ones and get things under control there.
