Every time I visit this Target in Mayfield, there are always long lines. Right now I am waiting in a long line to pick up an online order. Ten adults are in front of me waiting to check out. Only two registers are open. They don’t seem to have enough employees at the registers.

A bad experience turned good. I was ready to leave empty handed because a dismissive employee wouldn't check stock and created an overall dissatisfying experience. Two employees, Kevin M. and Tanisha helped locate what I want and needed to salvage the sale. Thank both of you, so much!

The employees are friendly but clearly overworked and underpaid. All of the self checkouts, which were just added, are closed, citing theft. And only 1-2 checkouts are ever open, causing long lines. Target is a multimillion dollar company, do better. Pay your employees a livable wage and open the self checkouts back up to reduce the burden on your staff. PS the shrubs in the parking lot are crispy and dead, turn off the sprinklers you're just wasting water.

Lived next to this store for years. Lines are terrible. Self checkout would help but those are never open. Worst checkout experience ever.

Had a pick up and had to wait in line defeats the purpose for pick up! Usually Target is very good this one was not

Ridiculous! Hate coming here nay more. Lines long. 1 cashier. No self checkout open. Worst Target. I can remember when this target was great- like 15 years ago

There are over 25 people waiting in line. 2 cashiers plus returns desk is open. No self checkout is available. No way to speak to a Mgr bc the line just rings and rings...

My wife ordered something online and had it shipped to the house. After we assembled it, it just wasn't to our liking.
She stopped in and talked to the manager about returning it even though it was assembled. They had to have her contact customer service and after a little time on the phone with them, they allowed us to return it.
She came home, we packed it up in two cars and drove back to the store where the staff was helpful in taking it into the be store and completing the return.
We are very appreciative of being able to return the item and of the store staff for their help.

I bought Yasso yogurt bars that were gummy. I found that all the packages that said they were made in Mexico were gummy. The other packages were creamy. I returned the packages that said they were made in Mexico.
