Made appointment was told it would be 140 dollars for diagnostic if I didn’t have them fix it.Guy called me and told me car had a bad head gasket than offered to buy it from me decided not to fix or sell to him went to pay the fee it was 175 dollars.Dishonest almost 30 percent more for a diagnosis than was told.??

I’ve had my car repaired several times at Total Car Care and they have always finished in a timely manner and explained exactly what they were repairing. Scott is extremely honest, trustworthy and very kind considering I had never had to handle anything relating to cars/repairs previously. He has always made me feel at ease! I cannot say enough good things about this business aside from I highly recommend them!!

I really don't know where to start, but from the first phone call I made to Total Car Care until my car was finished everything has been amazing. Scott was so efficient and honest. He has been through this journey with this vehicle with me and I appreciate it! The pricing is very fair and they have the BEST receptionist!

This place is the best! I've been going there for years for my business. Commercial and personal auto work. Small parking area, but they do their best to accommodate getting you in and getting the job done correctly in a timely manner especially with the constraints on getting parts nowadays. Have a little patience and they will take care of you with no need to go anywhere else.

I took my daughter’s car to this business because it wouldn’t start. I dropped it off on a Mon called Tue to find the problem was told it was a starter. I asked the price was told they would price it out and call me back. I received a call 2 hours later telling the the work had been done and the cost was $600+. They did the work without consulting me told me I had to pay. He stated well the weather was “bad” it was a snowstorm and his “guys” had to come out. I asked for the price of the starter on the receipt was $245. When I searched the parts number it was $60-80. I requested a receipt for the actual part they refused to give it to me. Then they copied my credit card to keep on file . I was told by my credit card company this was illegal. Merchants can not store your credit card info this is illegal. Scam artists

Very friendly, reliable, and quick service, always up front about what needs done and costs and never try to upsell or push extra/unnecessary repairs just for the money. These guys are hands down the best mechanics and people!

Stay away from this car shop. They are liars!! I wish there is a negative star rating selection.I have my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in there shop for an engine oil leak issue. Next day, Scott told me there is a bad rear main gasket. Total cost would be over $1600 plus tax, and I OKed. After the car was sitting in their parking lot for a week, Scott told me the original leak was fixed but they found another leak needs to deal with. What they didn't know was I kept checking the car status almost everyday after I got the a sense of they are playing with me. I have all the pictures and videos demonstrating they actually did nothing on the car. They didn't even pull the car inside the garage. After facing with Scott and pointing out the fact, he looked not surprised at all and let me drive my car away. No payments asked for sure because they did NOT even touch the car ever.I pulled the car into another car shop at Cleveland Heights. They told me hours later that it's engine oil housing leak. Next morning before 10:00AM, I was told the car is fixed and ready for pickup. The total cost is $749 plus tax. It's been more than two months since the repair. The car is running great without any engine oil leak issue.Don't be fooled by Total Car Care!! They are cheaters.

Firstly, the customer service was great! But I gave this place one star because they were not completely being honest about the issues with my younger sister’s car. First they blamed take5 saying they over filled the car with oil when she gotten an oil change and that’s what caused her car to stop starting…. Wrong. Then they said she also needed a new battery which could’ve been apart of the issue. They charged her over $500 for the cleanup and battery. Us thinking the problem was fixed, but little did we know it’d be starting to happen again! Took the car back they said, “ohh it’s an electrical problem”… again wrong!! But they didn’t charge her because honestly they didn’t know what was truly wrong with the car. She recently took it to another shop and they were able to successfully find the actual problem and fix it for way less. I wouldn’t trust this shop to fix anything. They didn’t know what they were doing to begin with.

This place is awesome!!! They saved me!!! After a huge grocery shopping trip to Costco with $300 worth of groceries in my trunk, my car started overheating. Steve (the manager) answered my phone call talked me through what to do and they worked me in right away with a quick fix in order to allow me to get home 25 minutes away. I would have been totally stuck as my family only has one car right now and my teenage son had an interview to get to. These guys are the nicest! I wish they were closer to where I lived so that it would be more convenient to give them my business. Don't hesitate to go there! very nice people who care!
