“It is a sunday. And my battery light came on. I went to auto zone and they said I need a new alternator.
I started calling places and they either weren't open or couldnt help me till tomorrow.
Yet when I called mooneys they were so nice and helpful. I talked to the father and he made .e feel like his daughter. Said come to the shop and we'll figure it out.
When I got there (9mins away) his son was there. He looked and tested it and said the alternator is acting fine. (later we determined its a loose connection) but he looked checked and sent us on our way free. Wouldn't even take a tip. He was so nice. I am sad I dont live in the area. I hope everyone comes here.”

“Needed a winch, car got stuck on concrete dividers at RollHouse in North Olmsted. It was my kid's first time behind the wheel. The way it was sitting on the dividers, i thought it would get damaged no matter how it was pulled out. The tow truck driver got my car out no problem. “Great experience all around! Since they have been under new management this place is the best it’s ever been! The staff and owner were very helpful and knowledgeable! I won’t go anywhere else besides A&H! I go there for all my little car needs and big jobs, got my battery replaced, tires, and recently got my front bumper replaced and my car repainted and it looks like a brand new car! My brother also got some body work done and my mom’s suspension work was done here too! They did an awesome job at an affordable price! 10/10 would always recommend!”

“I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!”
