“I cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this shop!! My Honda CR-V was making horrific noises after a routine oil change and air filter replacement at Take5. After taking it back to Take5 only to find out they had put the wrong oil in my car, I was told it was fine, but the noise and vibration from the engine were even worse the next day. Very worried at this point, I called Paul at AutoCenters on a recommendation from a friend. He fit me in the same day, right before closing. He personally took my vehicle for a drive and within minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem: the cover for the air filter had been incorrectly installed: twice. Choose the shop that has worked on your vehicle model when it was new, and still can work on it 40+ years later! “I moved to Cleveland 3 years ago, and one of the biggest pains of moving is finding a good garage. So many of them are either predatory, lazy, or incompetent. Starr was the second garage I went to. They diagnosed an uncommon issue quickly and repaired it in no time once the part came in. Since then I've come to them for every issue. They always find a solution that is both affordable and effective.
Their prices are always reasonable and they get things done quickly. My family is full of mechanics (they just all live in other states,) and I promise you, if these guys tell you it costs $700, it would probably cost twice that at a bigger place. I lucked into a great garage. I'll bring my car here as long as I live in Cleveland.”

“Went grocery shopping in the early morning on a Saturday and came out, started the car and a few seconds latter the battery saver mode light come on.. The alternater went bad, called on Quality Gas and Diesel around 8:15 am. Brian wasn't in the shop yet since it was a Saturday, but ordered what was needed and I met him at his shop around 11a and the new part was already there, and a few hours later I was driving home! Mind you he had other jobs in the shop he was working on, but since my situation was dire, he took care of me quickly and got me back on the road for a good price. He is my mechanic now! Great service and great price for a quality job. A1 service!”

“I woke up to a flat tire and went to Costco where I was told I couldn’t get in until December 19 which was eight days away. I needed my car fixed immediately and my front passenger flat repaired. I pulled into tire and wheel automotive service center on Mayfield Road and Dave Huff was incredible! Literally took my car back immediately to inspect and repair it! I would recommend this shop to anybody needing tire and wheel service. ! I should include that I was on my way to Mr. tire down the street, but the girl who answered the phone there was beyond disrespectful, unwelcoming, and extremely rude, so that’s how I found tire and wheel! The Rude woman at Mr Tire was a blessing in disguise!”
