Angie and Antonio are honestly the definition of customer service. You guys have some good employees and they should be recognized. Customer service, top notch. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond typical duties. I'll be back!

The manager today was verbally abusive to my son. All over an issue with a lottery machine. Apparently they don't know how to treat people. Very low class.

If you want slow, careless and mask free service than this is the gas station for you! Every time I come in here if "Marco" is working- he never wears a mask so you can see the frown he rocks all day long (it's so pleasant). & I'm sure a sloth could deliver faster service than this guy! He waits on you when it is most convenient for him! This place is the pits when this guy is working. I'll keep driving down the road and go to Speedway when I see he's working from now on!

Three stars is pretty good for this location. But they need to visit the bathroom to keep it clean. The men's bathroom was disgusting. The urinal was over flowing. No pic taken for obvious reasons. The staff seem to care about the sales floor. The product on sales floor was well stocked. The staff never greeted me. I walked in and out and was never acknowledged. Gas price was slightly high. But this is right off the freeway. So that's to be expected.

Went into the store after work to get a few things (milk, candy and 3 packs of cigarettes). The girl working told me the total. I inserted the chip and the reader wasnt reading my chip. The machine tells me to swip my card. When I did, the machine says "swipe not allowed". The girl tells me the machine will not accept swiped cards. Umm...ok?? I tell her that its not taking my chip. She tells me the machine doesnt take swipes so if I cant use the chip reader theres nothing I can do. So, I said "So...I cant buy any of these things?? Are you able to manually do it?" All she did was, not even speak, just shook her head no! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Why the hell would you have a reader that you cant swipe your card??? So if something was wrong with my chip, I just cant buy anything there?? I didnt have cash on me...so I went to the gas station down the street, SWIPED my card and spent my $30 there. Train your employees to handle the situation better than just shaking their head! OR BETTER YET.....invest in a machine that allows you to swipe your card like every other place everywhere! Not like they care but I will not be back!

I came to buy wine here and now I have to bring the cops and the employee on shift Niesha . Stuck up her middle finger and called me a b**** , f*** off and because I asked her how old she was after making a purchase with my I.d and literally seconds later coming back in and her asking again as if I didn't just walk out . I'm writing corporate and you will see on your cameras she did it . I also brought the cops there to file a report against her . I live across the street and come in everyday . Everyone knows me and his friendly there . I told her she clearly hates her job and needs to be fired . She has zero customer service skills if she thinks that's ok to cuss out and threaten customers . Im 31 it's disrespectful .
