Stay away! Rude staff. Zero accountability. Nurses don't care and you can never reach a human on the phone. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any medical facility.

The lobby a/c the other day was terrible and clearly smelled of mold blowing everywhere. Thats crazy esp when it is right across from the ENT office. The dr was also awful in a few serious ways, and he broke my nose cartilage and i am now having to go to another hospital system for help. All of it is just scary, wrong and... read full comment

Just switched to UH Healthcare since last fall. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the care and kindness of everyone over encountered. Doctors, Staff and Billing.
