The excellent customer service provided by Robyn and Parker was awesome. We had a lot to ship and they did it incredibly well and with patience. Greats assets fot this UPS store in Mayfield Heights(?) in Ohio. Great UPS to use!

Inconsistent experience here. Really depends on the staff on duty and their humor that day. They also charge a $3 base fee for printouts which is crazy, big extortion when other places will print labels for free or charge 30 cents per B/W page.

Got to be one of the rudest retail establishments around, since day one many years ago that tone was set by the owner. High turnover is almost always from bad management. Other reviews are from friends of the ownership or people that don't come regularly.

Everyone working at this UPS is hardworking, professional, and helpful every time I've come into the store. They are very quick to respond to customers as soon as they come through the door. I couldn't be happier with the services they provide.

Anne Marie was very friendly and very willing to help me ship 2 bags of clothing to NC. She was very busy and the only person there, but was calm and friendly to everyone!!!

Whoever was behind the counter today was rude to me about my Amazon return had quite an attitude that I was surprised by especially for the area this ups store is at do better!

Excellent service, open on Sunday, everything is very fast and professional, returns to the Amazon without extra money and nerves, not like the other store on Mayfield. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend 0226 ups enough it’s not often you find great employees these days I had to ship 3 big things and one out of this country and both Zoe and kailla were amazing in helping me through every step of shipping my packages and going above and beyond in helping me. The reason they are so great is because you can tell they genuinely care! Can’t thank you laddies enough!!
