I needed to ship home artwork recently purchased at the Cain Park. Mariah explained all our options for shipping and packaging. We ended up getting a art box to cut down to the size of our luggage. Staff went out of their way for us to choose the best option to get our new painting home safe and sound. Great job everyone!

Ups driver maced someone’s dog for no reason dog was friendly!! Video on TikTok @coltonw_020. If that was my dog that man wouldn’t have left the drive way in anything but an ambulance!

The business is charging excessive notary fees. My wife went to have a document notarized. The onsite notary did notarize the document without advising her of the cost to do so. After notarizing the document, the notary advised my wife that the fee was $45. The Ohio Revised Code, section 147.08(A)(1) and 147.08(C) clearly states the following: "The fees charged under division (A) of this section shall not be calculated on a per signature basis." This is clearly stated and in layman's terms. I also intend to pursue the matter with the Ohio Secretary of State's Notary Division to pursue suspension or revocation of the Notary's license if this matter is not resolved in a timely manner.

Went to return an Amazon package and I was a bit unsure how to. Lady was rude and rolled her eyes at me. As my boyfriend and I were walking out the other employee was not talking, they were yelling at another customer “THERES NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU” Interesting experience. Maybe some people just hate their job.

Terrible customer service from Andy the Assistant Manager who claimed multiple times he does not work for UPS. Use another courier that is more reliable and can give you better customer service.

Unable to guarantee safe shipment of item and quoted an outrageous price to do so. Do not recommend for large item.
