I cannot thank the team at the Landerbrook USPS enough. Gary and Crystal were outstanding to work with. Their professionalism, kind attitude and willingness to help are outstanding. I compare and contrast this with my actual post office, which I would barely give a one-star rating to. Bravo Landerbrook! I will be back.

May I say this is most unfriendly post office in the world! Actually, the man serving me was especially rude! It was basically empty in there and he still had me change locations to fill something out.. Didn’t thank me for coming in and was not friendly.. I’ve been in a lot of post offices but never treated this way which is why I felt the need to write a review

Had an… interesting experience here a while back. Had a piece of international mail coming in that required signature on delivery. It ended up held at the post office, and the first man I spoke with told me “that wouldn’t be here” and then tried to convince me that I was being scammed(???) after I showed him an email with the tracking number, and my email thread with USPS support. After putting in another ticket online someone who works behind the scenes at this PO responded and I was able to come in and pick it up. Just a word of caution that folks at this PO might not be talking to each other/knowing what’s going on.

Let’s start by saying GARY is very rude, disrespectful, and lacks empathy! GARY is an older African American man that is very aggressive and rude to all customers he should never be allowed to be a clerk! He will over talk you, and rush you to do whatever it is you are doing like he is paying for services out of his pocket! GARY is very hostile! I went in on 4/26/2025 to get money orders he made me feel so uncomfortable on top of him rushing me and continuing to leave the counter and go to the back my card was charged 965.00 and I did not get any money order! I was told by two very nice people that unfortunately because whatever GARY did I would need to wait until Monday and then verify that the money didn’t go back to my card? I was told that at the end of Gary’s shift it would go back to my card! It did not I was charged and got nothing in return!!!!! Now I can’t pay my rent! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal action this is ridiculous and not to mention both of the nice ladies one being a manager? Acknowledged Gary’s poor behavior as if it’s ok!

Refuses to scan in drop off items like the 50+ other post offices I habe been to all around the country. Horrible service. Lost my packages 3 times.

This is the THIRD TIME they have failed to scan my packages in that I have dropped off. Over $500 of merchandise lost that I had to refund because MY ITEMS WERENT SCANNED IN

Any post office that’s affiliated with collinwood and that carries are horrible respectfully they should cut out that station to station mess with carries is very bad & confusing and lawd the mail be messed up badly

I had a passport appointment today, the lady who took care of me Audrey, she is wonderful. She was very respectful, knowledgeable and so professional. The whole process took 20 minutes with the photo service, they even have the money order for the application payment.

Always a pleasure going here. It’s just the package slot is always closed in the lobby and you have to go in there and hand it to a Representative.

I felt very unpleasant. Before sending the mail, I tried to ask a few question, and he told me not to ask if he needed to do it. Then, when we needed to request tracking, he made it impossible to speak up, processed everything, and later got upset, saying it’s trackable and asking why I didn’t mention it in the first place. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do in situations like this.
When I asked how long it would take to arrive, he replied, “It depends on how your country’s post office handles it,” in a very rude manner.
His name Starts G who is old man. I wonder if being friendly is a disqualification for hiring postal workers because I’ve often felt this way when visiting the post office. It makes me feel like I’m being discriminated against for being Asian.
I was angry but held it in since it was morning. I’m leaving this review because I don’t know how else to express my feelings. I sincerely hope I don’t want to encounter him again and you as well.

The process to get my sons passport was truly annoying. He was 16 when we filled out the application, but I let them know that he was going to be 17 in a few weeks. They told me that it was fine and that I should sign the passport for him well before we got his passport back so we got a letter from the department of state that said he needed to sign his passport all of his documentation the state department kept so when I went back to have him sign his own passport, we didn’t have any of his documentation, but we did have the letter from state department and it was a big hassle All in all we were able to get his passport, but it was truly a frustrating experience

In person is great. For some reason, the mail delivery person never knocks on the door for signature required packages. I guess you have to be omniscient and know when they are going to show up, or stalk their movements outside to be able to catch them to sign for items. And then the shoddy website gives repeated errors for rescheduling. Great system. Please KNOCK on the door for signature required packages to be delivered. Not ONE TIME did they knock on my door and I’m always home. Other third party parcel companies do knock. Really miss the old guy we had for years before he retired. That guy actually knocked on the door…
