“I have tried other dispensaries in the area, this my favorite! They have a wide variety of products, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've learned things I never knew, even though I consider myself a connoisseur of flower. Also Mr. Higgins is the best, most enthusiastic employee. Whatever they are paying him is not enough!”
“Kimberly was amazing and always has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable with products and service i highly recommend coming to the botanist for your products”

“As soon as I walked into the Mentor store, I was greeted & asked how they could help me! The only comment I could make is they were running low on product. Other than that, they were GREAT!”
“Went to pick up a case of Bang Energy drinks that the website said was in stock- The employee working, didn't catch his name but had reddish curly hair, informed me they don't carry it. He helped me find an alternative and was super sweet and helpful about it!! 12/10”
“I placed an online pickup order and I received the confirmation and order pickup emails. I got there and was told that it wasn't available yet and there was a glitch with their system. The products were in stock, so Manny contacted the store manager as how to proceed. Long story short, I was able to pick up my products thanks to Manny going the extra mile. I appreciate that so much! Thanks for the awesome service!”
