“This Service center is super upscale and professional. We brought my car in because the steering was off and there was also excessive road noise and vibrating. They did a free test drive of the vehicle for us during which we waited in the fancy waiting area and they told us that they wanted to get it up on a lift to further check it. So we were provided with a loaner so we could hang out in the area. It turned out the tires were cupping. We decided to proceed with purchasing new tires and they had the car done by noon!”

“We have brought our cars here and have been very happy with the service and friendliness. They have explained and fixed a few computer resets right in the parking lot at no charge. I called them once from a parking lot in Beachwood when my Porsche wouldn't turn over. I first called the Porsche dealer and they had no suggestions other than towing it to them. I call Larchmere and they suggested a few things to try and it is started right up. It is 25 yrs old and needs special care. They are great!”

“Will just did my windows. He had to remove 12 yr old tint and put new tint on. This young man is honest and straight forward. Very prompt to respond to customer and potential customer needs. He delivered absolutley perfect work in the time he commited to get it done at the price he gave. This job was not an easy one to do. No sloppy short cuts in his shop.You will find tinting cheaper but "few" will deliver this kind of quality work at any price. I am pretty sure he would never do work that would not be up to his standards just to grab a dollar. “This car wash in Mentor is great! I’ve been coming here for my two cars for the last three years, and they always do a pretty good job.
I recently had a problem with my car where the rubber on the bonnet came loose during the scrubbing. I think the scrubber needs to be fixed, which is the only thing I’d recommend. Otherwise, the staff working there are fantastic!”

“James at World of Shine is AH-Mazing! A miracle worker indeed. I coulda hugged him after I saw my car clean! I brought in the nastiest minivan to this place for a complete interior detail. I'm talking 3 years of pure neglect of vehicle, with 4 kids constantly traveling to and from children's hospitals and eating on the go. Just gross. No matter for World of Shine! “I used the donut yourself bay. And I did a wonderful job. Lol. The soap came out when I pushed that button, the rinse sprayed water like it’s supposed too. Even the coating stuff came out. Who gives a bad review to a coin operated car wash? We all know how’s these work. Put your quarters in one at a time and you’ll be okay. If you don’t do a good job, review yourself.”

“Recently moved into the area and like to get my car cleaned often. Went to the Wheely Clean because it is nice and close to my house. After the first couple cleans I was convinced they do a good job. Signed up for the monthly pass because as soon as I get 2 cleans done it pays for itself. Started going just about weekly to make the most of my money. Happy with the service, commonly see the same guy running the wash and he does a good job!”
