“Been a monthly pass member for 4 years. Service is excellent.....BUT the wash scratches your vehicle terribly. If you have a older car, it's the best ever but newer ones BEWARE!!”
“I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been getting the express detail, and every time my car comes out looking so clean. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job instead of rushing through it.
Everyone there is super friendly and they’re always quick without sacrificing quality. I’ve recommended them to a few people and they’ve all ended up loving it too.

“This car wash in Mentor is great! I’ve been coming here for my two cars for the last three years, and they always do a pretty good job.
I recently had a problem with my car where the rubber on the bonnet came loose during the scrubbing. I think the scrubber needs to be fixed, which is the only thing I’d recommend. Otherwise, the staff working there are fantastic!”
“The best drive thru carwash around. I never get a scratch or paint chipped at this place like I do at other places. They pre clean hard to reach areas like the back of suv and rims are clean!! Just bring change to vacuum.”

“This was my first time going to this carwash and I was very happy that I did. I called first to make sure they were open. They answered!! Luckily, I pulled right in, no waiting. They were very friendly and made it clear what services they had as well as there products. I got the inside and outside wash and they did a great job. I felt like the cost was fair and competitive. I will go back.”
“RTS repaired the A/C in my 1999 Ford F250, after a different repair shop, Pollo Automotive, destroyed it.
RTS did a great job for less than I expected. They also warranty the repair and parts for a year!! RTS also has *great* communication.
Btw, I do not recommend Pollo Automotive! ? Take your vehicles to a professional auto repair shop: RTS!”
“I would highly recommend David Brown Construction Company for any home improvement project. From beginning to end the entire team was amazing. The workmanship was outstanding. They were prompt and able to stay on schedule. They stayed in the price range of the estimate and seamlessly handled changes and modifications as the project unfolded. Communication between everyone involved, carpenter, plumber, electrician, project manager and front office was extremely smooth and efficient. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, utility room and flooring throughout four rooms.”

“Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus.
However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger.
Overall, a satisfying experience and I will return.”

“This is the only car wash I take my brand new black Tahoe truck to get a wash. The employees are very fast and efficient. I don’t have to worry about my truck getting scratched up by the car wash system. The prices are affordable. I live 25 minutes from this place and I pass at minimum 10 car washes on my way there however I only trust this place.”

“I went to Moreland Hills Classic Services recently for major repairs on my Infiniti QX80 after taking it back from the dealership’s service department last November. I spent months trying to find a local repair shop and selected them based on multiple recommendations in local Facebook groups. My experience was OUTSTANDING. They not only fixed everything on my car and got it into perfect driving condition, they did it for more than $2K LESS than the dealership quoted. “I am really glad to have Chagrin Auto Spa nearby! The car washes are great, and the guys who run the oil change service are awesome too. They’re always respectful, kind and don’t try to oversell you on needless stuff. Just today, my son’s car was leaking oil and they quickly fixed it - even replaced a bad part- and charged me nothing at all.

“I purchased the $29 monthly plan when I got my new car, and my experience has been great. IMO you don’t need to spend more money on the pricier plans to keep you vehicle clean. The staff is reliable and friendly, the supplies are always fresh and full (towels, Windex, and vacuums. Love going there! My one “watch out,” if you’re turning left onto Euclid. Ave, be careful! High traffic usually.”
“My tire blew on the highway just next to this car wash as they were closing. I was only on the rim and it was the only place available to pull over at. James was extremely accommodating to me in my emergency and held off closing the lot so I could wait for my ride. Will be returning to have my car washed when the snow leaves.”
“James at World of Shine is AH-Mazing! A miracle worker indeed. I coulda hugged him after I saw my car clean! I brought in the nastiest minivan to this place for a complete interior detail. I'm talking 3 years of pure neglect of vehicle, with 4 kids constantly traveling to and from children's hospitals and eating on the go. Just gross. No matter for World of Shine! They took my van and made it brand new! I couldn't believe it! Great vacuuming, shampooing, cleaning ... the works. “Recently moved into the area and like to get my car cleaned often. Went to the Wheely Clean because it is nice and close to my house. After the first couple cleans I was convinced they do a good job. Signed up for the monthly pass because as soon as I get 2 cleans done it pays for itself. Started going just about weekly to make the most of my money. Happy with the service, commonly see the same guy running the wash and he does a good job!”
