Tatyana was so rude to me, she told me I didn’t scan my coupon fast enough for her and rolled her eyes when she came to show me how. I’m a customer. Tatyana is always very rude when I come in and it makes me uncomfortable. The other woman at the front is always usually nice and helpful which makes it better.

The guy at the pharmacy is kind of a jerk. Anytime he has to do more then throw a bag of meds at you, he acts like you've inconvenienced him. He is not friendly and has sub par customer service. I miss Mrs. Dungar and all the good old pharmacists. They could hand you a bag with a smile and didn't act like an impatient preteen. Maybe he's autist1c and doesn't understand emotions and social cues. FYI Costco has cheaper prices even without insurance!

Worst customer service. I’ve gone here my whole 25 years of living and up until recently it has been decent. But lately they are so rude, no one wants to help you the girl in the front always has an attitude. I spent 30 mins on hold for a simple “do you have an atm there” I assumed yes but didn’t want to make the drive if they didn’t. And the lady just hung up once she came back and said “no!” I’m never going here and I would advise the reader to not waste your money here. Go spend it at the mayfield heights store. Any other store but this place.

Well, this is sad. This used to be a well-run pharmacy with lots of local customers and great service. Not anymore! Staff doesn't know their jobs and are usually nowhere to be found. The person at the pharmacy on Saturdays is not helpful either, just knows how to deflect. I don't think either one cares, and it shows. With plenty other pharmacies in the area, it's time to switch brands!

Pharmacy staff are very helpful. High turnover cashiers, always busy with shelving. Not a welcoming store.

This has to be the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Told the rude lady at the pharmacy counter I was waiting for my prescription, walks to store for 30 minutes in the middle of the day onlyTo be told that it would be another hour or more because it was her break time. Stood is disgusting and stuff laying in almost every aisle.

COVID 19 test was to take 1-2 days. It’s turned into a whole week now and still no answer. I now am signing up for an additional test that is rapid to see if it beats the results that I’m still waiting for as I’ve now missed an entire week of work due to this and can’t miss anymore.

I’m going to stop shopping at CVS, for the simple fact that they don’t even pretend to appreciate your business. No greeting, no smile & barely a thank you! The young man who’s usually at the register would give Ben Stein a run for his money.I stood in line today while they actually took their time, then went to look for a product for an elderly customer. I was fine with that, but there was no I’m sorry, I’ll be with you in a moment, no acknowledgement of me standing there for 5 minutes.This is my last visit to this store, I will drive to Rite aid out of my way or look for a Walgreens where the customer service & savings are much better!!!

This use to be the best pharmacy in the area. They use to have excellent employees like Patty, Carol, Robert, and former pharmacists. A few good employees left . New woman pharmacist 9/23/ 2020, young, unpleasant, shoved everything in a small bag for the five items purchased, tears the bag, no thank you, nothing.

The pharmacy staff is amazing. I switched from the drive-thru CVS pharmacy that is across from the BP gas station because of the awful service I received. The Mayfield Village CVS is clean, pharmacy service is prompt, and I never mind walking in to pick up a prescription.
