“I’ve been buying flowers a long time. My favorite flower is stargazer Lily. When I spend $135 I expect my bouquet to be at least 20 inches tall. Personally, I feel like this bouquet is extremely small for the price i paid It looks like a table ornament. But They smell lovely, and are beautiful.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Havel’s Flowers & Greenhouses in Mentor. I called last minute, less than an hour before I needed flowers delivered, and honestly wasn’t sure if anything could be done.
The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, and so helpful. She took my information quickly, offered options, and assured me the flowers would be delivered before the 3:00 PM visitation for a funeral. In a moment that was already stressful and emotional, she truly felt like an angel.
A friend in the area recommended Havel’s, and now I know why. I own a business myself, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about doing the right thing for their customers, especially when it matters most.

She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement.And asked if it was okay to replace it with another one.
