“Sunday morning, 11:09am, February 6, 2022 - arrived at the post office to pick up some priority shipping boxes and found the bins missing what I needed. I took a shot and and called the main Findlay PO phone number. “Cheryl” answered the phone and told me that she would be happy to help. Cheryl met me in the lobby and asked what and where I was shipping to. After being educated and given several options I was on my way out the door. “Thank YOU” Cheryl for being not only so professional but kind.
