I use to go into this hardware for most anything . After my last visit on May 3 ,2024 I'm not sure if I'll be back . I went in to buy a new frost proof water hydren . The young man showed me one I picked it up to buy it . It was 125.00 .I told him I needed the fitting for the bottom . I know they don't come with one because I purchased same one last year . He said it comes with it . I said sir it doesn't . He said we have repair parts . I said no I need the brass fitting that you see it shows on the box . He said we only have plastic but it does come in the box . I said maybe I need to go to true value down the street to buy one . Instead of saying let get someone that may know , he said ok and turned around and walked away . The store just lost a 150 dollar sale . I went to true value and purchased same one plus the bottom fitting that does not come in box .
Sad for the store for employees that really don't care or understand .
