This is the worst run auto parts store in the area. I almost never have a transaction go smoothly. Worse, they WILL NOT honor Advance Auto Parts warranties for some inexplicable reason. If the part was purchased at a different Advanced Auto Parts location, they WILL NOT honor the warranty. I purchased lifetime brake pads at the Brunswick store (which is now out of business) and they would not accept the old pads with the receipt because I did not buy the pads at this particular location. What kind of franchise is this? What kind of warranty does Advance Auto offer if it cannot be redeemed at any of their locations? Avoid this store.

I have been to two advanced auto locations yesterday. Looking for a car cover. One of them they didn’t have it but gentlemen behind the counter called the other location see if they had it. And I went to other locations. In both locations the staff were were nice and helpful.

Brought battery in to charge at 1pm on a Tuesday. The man took my number and name. On Thursday I called to ask if it was ready. They lost it and they basically told me I was s.o.l. until I complained enough that some north olmsted worker offered Me (unwillingly) a battery that wasn't like the original and it came only 75% charged and didn't look that new.

Visited Advance Auto Parts to exchange a battery core for a refund. Upon visiting, I was promptly greeted and I provided my receipt. My refund was promptly issued and I was on my way. The service was fast and friendly.

I had an unusual and difficult issue with my car a few weeks back. Brandi and her staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The problem was resolved and I wasn't even charged for one of the items that they used to help fix it. I GREATLY appreciated it and will be back for my future car care needs.

Brandi was wonderful. Engine light was on. Had it checked put knew cap on. She got me a new fuse for my heater because it wouldn't shut off. And now I'm not getting any hot air. Had mechanic here in Medina. Argued with me that there is an off button. He couldn't figure out what problem was and it was suppose to do that. It takes a woman to figure it out. Thanks Brandi. Your wonderful. As long as Brandi works at Advance Auto, they will always have my business.
