I would love to give the Medina AT&T store a five star because Emily and Tayvon were so wonderful, but I waited for almost 2 hours to see someone, so that makes a five star rating a little tough. As far as customer service goes, absolutely five stars! I live super close to the Fairlawn store, but I won't go back in there because their customer service is so freaking awful. One person in particular was so rude and condescending, so I'll drive the extra 15 minutes and wait for two hours for the friendly atmosphere.

Great service, we had a problem with First Net they kept on it and resolved the issue. Not happy with them having a promotion for tablet then when changing stuff over wanted me to pay full price for tablet when that wasn’t the offer they explained. After coming back multiple times no tablet.

Taylor was an angel on earth helping us transfer lines to my account. My mother passed away and we needed to transfer her lines to my account. After going to 2 other stores this was our 3rd stop because no one would help us. Taylor knew exactly What to do and now all lines are transferred perfectly. If you need help go to this store!!! Customer Service is A+ if I could give 100 stars I would!!! Thank you Taylor!!!

Trayvon really saved the day. I urgently needed a new phone as I am traveling abroad and he was extremely patient helping myself and a few other customers at the end of the night. He even stayed after hours to continue assisting me and another customer making sure our needs were met. Thank you again to Trayvon, he made an unfortunate situation much better! I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and time.

Tay'Von helped us quite efficiently even though he was quite busy on his own that day. He was having issues with OPUS but that is not his fault in the slightest and I applaud his patience and thoroughness. I went in to upgrade my phone from a 14pro max to a 15pro max and he was patient with us and answered every question I had.
