Company run by crooks. Had a toolbox worth thousands in a unit stolen. Nothing else taken. My lock was cut off and replaced by the ones they sell there. Owner claimed no knowledge

The entire time my things were stored the staff was very friendly. However, my dad went to pick up my keys over a year ago for me because I was at work. Whoever was working had my dad sign my initials and signature. They should have faxed it to me or had me stop in. That was their first mistake. I was never given a copy and never able to read anything in the contact. After a year and a half ($58 a month) I go to remove my things and my new couch, new dresser and other items have mold on them! The landlord tells me it is in the contract that they recommend renter insurance. The contract I NEVER SIGNED. My family and I have rented several units while putting us 3 kids through college and NEVER had damage to our property let alone mold. The manager will not do anything to make this right so I have an appointment with a lawyer this week. I would not recommend going here.

Older, nothing special at all. Security seems OK. There are far "nicer" places but for the money and if you just want a place for storage it is just fine.
