“Have you seen the new Honda Prelude!? Well, Dan and his ceramic team at Reflections in Brunswick, Ohio have! The car caught Dan's attention one day while I was parked at O'Reilly's. He didn't know they were out yet. Not initially selling me on ceramic, he checked out the car lol. Noticed I had some touch up work that could get done he then offered me his card. I stopped in for the touch up a few days later.. Ended up getting my windows ceramic tinted and the whole car coated in a days time total. The car went from a gritty not so smooth feel to a soft conditioned smooth coat and it turned out like glass on this 2026 3 week old car. He even hooked me up with a front splitter and side skirts install. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable of his work. He stood behind his guys and work and communicated with me and his team rather well. A few complications but in the end all was handled very professionally and respectfully. His team was excited to work on the car. Customer satisfaction was this business's priority. I would definitely recommend a ceramic coating from these guys as I am very impressed and wish I had my other car in state to have it done. From one veteran to another, thanks a lot Dan and team. You guys definitely turned up the prelude in 24hrs. It looks awesome!”
“I am from Cleveland but work in Medina actually next-door to this car wash. I canceled my membership at a car wash closer to home because this is top-tier service always my car always looks amazing and they pay extra attention to detail. Definitely don’t skip Them when you are in Medina.”
“This is our go to car wash! Staff is friendly, I love the new and updated vacuums, and the whole car wash process is wonderful on my car. It always leaves shiny and looking new. The brushes and dryer are great. Highly recommend for the quality and service. Greatly priced and good membership prices. Nice location and equipment.”
“It's a bit pricey but you get free vacuums, window and dash cleaning and a place to easily clean your mats. I had a few spots left on my car and they were quick to address with another wash. Very pleased.”

“There's really no complaints about the serpentini car wash/janet's car wash except their free vacuums. It's awesome that the car washes are offering free vacuums these days but my Lord at least can the hoses and the attachments be working? I mean the nozzles are broke off and they have packaging tape to hold them on what happened to duct tape? Packaging tape to hold on moving parts and you have mechanics there I would never take my car there LMAO”

“My wife and I use this car wash all the time despite the many choices. Recently there was an issue with the function of the drive thru wash bay. Before I could leave the parking lot, I had a response to my concern and it was resolved very quickly. These things happen and the response was second to none. Thank you.”

“Good touchless car wash. Fair prices for monthly subscription. I had a few issues with the app but when I called them they did an awesome job of helping me out and fixing them.”
“I prefer using self service, them automatic carwashes do not do the job im OCD and must have everything spotless. This is the best self service I found in Medina and ill be doing my car cleaning and washes from here from now on.”
