Good service. Professional and personable staff. Good, convenient location. Has a drive-through ATM (24 hours) plus a manned drive-thru during business hours.

Painful. Their ATM was broken and the only way I was allowed to get cash out of my account was to pay a cash advance on my debit card ($50.00). Zero support from Rebecca.

Worst customer service ever! I have banked with Chase for YEARS and they are worth TRILLIONS of dollars - and when they did not return my husband's license in the drive-thru tube I called them immediately the next morning and requested that they overnight it (as we live 7 hours away in PA and he travels a lot and needs it for rental cars). Today, 5 days later, they still have not sent it and he has to postpone his travel due to their incompetence! Denise Whited is the Manager there and was rude. It seems they go out of their way to explain that NONE OF IT IS THEIR FAULT - vs. just taking care of the customer and the situation. It seems their goal is to be difficult and unaccommodating!
